人特异性基因敲除ES细胞

We used the publicly available NCBI HomoloGene database (re3data.org) to detect automatedly Human Genes (Homo sapiens) without Mouse Orthologs (HGMO). We are carrying out to knockout these HGMO by CRISPR genome editing in H1 embryonic stem cells (hESCs) to develop a library for modeling human genetic diseases. These human embryonic stem cell (hESC) lines can be experimentally differentiated into highly diverse cell types to facilitate experimental investigations. You can order by adding gene or clones to the shopping cart. The price is ¥ 4800 for each clone.
